In Reception we have been creating our own Christmas decorations. We tried to use as many naturally found resources as we could, the children enjoyed practising their painting and gluing skills to do this. Turtle class made mini pinecone Christmas trees, Seahorse class made pinecone reindeer and Penguins class made sparkly pinecone trees! We then decorated a tree as part of the St Johns Church Christmas Tree Festival. The following week, we walked to the church to see the decorations on our tree - it was a magical experience!
