Admissions Policy
WE STILL HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SPACES AVAILABLE!
You can register your child to a waiting list at the nursery at any time, free of any charges. It is advisable to put your name down as soon as possible to guarantee your child’s space. Current sessions offered are shown below:
3 hour morning session 9.00am to 12.00pm
3 hour afternoon session 12.00pm to 3.00pm
All day 6 hours 9.00am- 3.00pm
All hours are subject to availability.

Fees
Locks Heath Infant and Nursery School is a registered provider under the Early Years Education (EYE) Grant Scheme. Please note that this is not a means tested scheme and from the term following your child’s 3rd birthday until the term in which they have their 5th birthday, every child in England is entitled to receive the EYE grant. Currently, the Grant covers up to 15 hours of childcare per week for 38 weeks of the year.

The hours that your child attends the nursery can vary on a day to day basis, your child may be entitled to 15 or 30 hours free funding, but you may also choose to pay for extra hours. If you do require extra hours they can be requested and paid for separately, currently, the hourly charge at the nursery is £7.50per hour.
Voluntary Contribution
In addition to this there is a voluntary weekly charge of £1.50 which will be invoiced termly and payable on Arbor. This is a voluntary contribution, but helps with the costs of everyday items such as fruit, snacks, wipes, paper towels, handwash etc.
What Should My Child Wear to Nursery?
We ask all parents to send their children to school in the school uniform. We believe it helps to set a good working attitude and encourages pride in belonging to Locks Heath Infant & Nursery School.
